At Meraki.pk, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted products customized just for you. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we have a strict no-refund policy. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address any issues promptly.

Refund & Return Eligibility

We do not offer refunds or returns except in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Customization: If we make a mistake in the customization that differs from your original order request, we will offer a replacement.


How to Request a Replacement

1. Contact Us  within 48 hours of receiving your order.


2. Provide clear photos of the issue (damaged product or incorrect customization).


3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.


4. If eligible, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

 

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Change of mind or personal preference.

Incorrect details provided by the customer during customization.

Minor variations in color, texture, or design, as handcrafted items may have slight differences.

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.
